Trial Training for Family Lawyers
A Hybrid Lecture and Practice Series
June 2 & 3, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

15-minute breaks each AM and PM and one hour for lunch each day
Pre-requisite: The Trial Training Lecture and Demonstration Video

This video introduces the topics and fact patterns and includes demonstrations of each skill set. In order to maximize the learning for the in-person portion of the program, the video is required viewing prior to attending. The program tip sheets and materials are also part of the video presentation.
June 2 & 3, 2025
This intensive two-day skills training program is designed to help you become a more effective courtroom advocate. With limited registration, participants will work in the state-of-the-art Leonard Ring Courtroom doing various mock examinations to practice key trial skills. Participants will then receiving individualized feedback and guidance from the faculty of experienced trial lawyers on technique, substance, style and effectiveness. Participants will present in multiple skill areas and will learn effective techniques for:
